Miniplast Ein-Shemer is the main manufacturer of disposable plastic products for laboratory use in Israel and also distributes worldwide. The firm is owned by Kibbutz Ein-Shemer, conveniently located in the center of Israel, and is highly regarded by its customers as a reliable supplier.

Production:

Aiming at the medical market, laboratories and research institutes, Miniplast has furnished its production plant with Class 100 type clean rooms, enabling the firm to provide its customers with machine sterile products. Upon request, Miniplast products are sterilized by Gamma irradiation, which is varied according to product specification.

Products:

Miniplast’s main products are centrifuge, TC and test tubes, Petri dishes, inoculating loops, spreaders, pipettes, containers and cups. All products are manufactured from raw materials that are approved as FDA medical/food grade. Products can be supplied with private label and/or in customized colors when ordered in large quantities. Miniplast’s capabilities, in its high level of automation and its production efficiency, allow maximum flexibility and unique solutions in filling customer needs.

Quality:

Miniplast holds ISO 9001:2008 approval and has been certified by ISO since 1998; some of its products also have CE approval. All Miniplast products are fully inspected by its quality system to avoid any unforeseen problems in production and supply. Miniplast utilizes the services of an external laboratory to carry out periodic tests of its products to ensure high quality. Tubes and pipettes are tested and certified as DNase-, RNase- and Pyrogen-free.
